Returns and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. The return or exchange process is simple: click here to start.

Return period : You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return it without giving any reason. Please note that the package must arrive at our warehouse within these 14 days.

Return Policy : Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition and with all tags attached so that they are suitable for resale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Note :

  • We do not offer refunds for sale items. However, you can exchange them for another item or receive store credit.
  • For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or credit if only one item is returned. Exchanges for a different size or color are possible.

Return costs : The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense, depending on the country and the chosen courier.

Returns Processing : Once your return is registered, we will immediately begin processing an exchange. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You can track the delivery of your return via the track & trace system. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a notification, but please allow up to 3 days for it to be visible on your bank account.

  • What if my exchange product is no longer in stock? Please contact our customer service team for possible alternatives. If the product is not available, we will find a solution together.

  • Where can I find my order number for return registration? Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after ordering. This is a five-digit code. If you cannot find it, please contact our customer service.

  • What should I do if my product is delivered defective or damaged? Send an email to info@sistarslabel.nl with a photo of the damage. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.

  • What if I want to return outside the return period? If you want to make your return outside the 14-day period, you can exchange for another product or receive store credit. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
